In December 2019, President Muhammadu Buhari signed the Safe Schools Declaration Ratification Document signifying the Country’s commitment to ratify and uphold the principles of the Safe Schools Declaration (SSD). In view of the above, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in partnership with Women Advocate Research and Documentation Centre (WARDC) and United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF) is seeking for a Senior Legal Expert for drafting primary national legislation on protection of education from attack.
